Q) How much does your service cost?
A) The first step is meeting at your vessel to develop a plan for your inspections. Once we are able to determine how much time will be required to perform all the tasks in the plan, we will then come up with your annual fee.

 

Q) Can I pay monthly?
A) Sorry, we require annual payments.

 

Q) Does WBYM do any of the work?
A) Generally speaking, WBYM is a management service and does not do any of the maintenance or repair services. However, there are times where it is necessary to participate in the process when we are unable to find service for a particular task. Or if a task is small enough that it’s easier to handle it ourselves. We are very skilled and can do many tasks if necessary.

 

Q) Are you insured to do the repair work?
A) Yes, we carry $2,000,000 of liability insurance.

 

Q) What if I want to cancel my service?
A) At the moment, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure you plan on owning your yacht for years to come.

 

Q) Do you guarantee your work?
A) Regarding the services, we are only able to guarantee the work we perform.
